The common areas will begin on the 52nd floor and run all the way up to the 55th floor. These floors will include an art gallery, a teen center, and a business center on the 52nd floor. The entirety of the 53rd floor and part of the 54th floor will include a complete gym/spa with everything from meditation to treatment rooms. The 55th floor will feature a state of the art infinity pool with an infinite and panoramic view of the Biscayne Bay as well as a jacuzzi, a party room, and a kitchen.

Penthouses will sit from the 56th to the 62nd floors and each will offer its own pool, gym and library. On the 63rd floor, there will be a unique triplex penthouse with 3 floors of parking and the design of an helipad.
