Based in Sarasota, Florida, Daniel Kijner is the senior Broker Owner of KIJNER & SONS INTERNATIONAL REALTY. He is also a Broker Associate with Re/Max Platinum Realty, one of the world largest and most recognized real estate brokerage franchises. With an MBA from Paris IX Dauphine University of Business Management and a solid background in Finance, Marketing and Management, Daniel has embraced early on an international career. For more than eleven years, he has worked and lived throughout Europe and South America mastering Spanish and Portuguese doing International Trade. In 1991, he created a real estate company that laid the basis for the future KIJNER & SONS INTERNATIONAL REALTY.

In 2000, Daniel relocated from Paris to Sarasota juggling between his French and US activities as a builder, developer and broker associate. In the meantime, Daniel has taught numerous real estate courses for professionals while being an expert, appraiser, valuer as well as a chartered real estate and wealth management specialist. To this day, Daniel is a firm believer in continuous education, networking and exchange of good practices.

Daniel has always been an active member of numerous real estate associations. In France with the F.N.A.I.M. (the French National Real Estate Federation), he has been a member of the Paris & Ile de France General Board of Directors, an elected Director and an "Emeritus" speaker and writing contributor to the professional regional Quarterly News Magazine, just to cite a few. In the US, he has been a liaison and an ambassador to real estate developed markets and specifically US regions to NAR® (US Federal level), FAR® (Florida state level), Realtors® Miami Association, SAR® (Sarasota and Manatee areas), MANAR® (Manhattan, New York area) and other major states and regional boards of REALTORS® as well as to major NAR®’s National and Federal Affiliate Real Estate Councils that have each specific expertise fields. Finally, Daniel is a member of the CRS® National Council in various appointments like the International Committee and with the CRB Council.

Realtor® with Fortune International Realty with 7 branches in the Greater Miami Area, he is also a Broker in Thailand and in France. Marc is fluent in French, English and Spanish and mastering Italian and some Thai. With a background in Business Administration and Strategic Management, Marc has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and an executive MBA from the Solvay Business School in Brussels Belgium. Marc's career has taken him from the United States to France and Thailand with KIJNER & SONS INTERNATIONAL REALTY, Japan and Belgium while working at Toyota and Lexus European headquarter in the automotive industry mastering Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement "KAIZEN" skills. Marc was also a Senior Business Development Manager in one of Europe's leading made-to-measure high-end luxury woodworking and kitchen-making company for the BENELUX market.

Based in Paris France, Laura Kijner is the Communication and Public Relations Director of KIJNER & SONS INTERNATIONAL REALTY. She is also a Realtor® with Fortune International Realty with 7 branches in the Greater Miami Area. Fluent in French and English, with excellent command of Spanish and basic knowledge of Japanese, Laura has spent her entire life and career between the United States and Europe with long stopovers in Asia. As a dual business and social sciences major, Laura graduated with honors in Marketing, Political Sciences and International Relations from the University of Florida in the United States. Her educational path continued with a Master in International Politics from the Free University of Brussels in Belgium and a second Master in Communication from the University of Paris - La Sorbonne, in France. Laura has proven to possess strategic skills, a true international expertise as well as a unique understanding of both the business and institutional world.

As a true communication and marketing specialist, Laura has been a successful consultant for the past ten years. After working for a major US retailer and an international NGO, she was recruted as the Information Desk Coordinator at the Mission of Japan to the European Union (an embassy and an economic mission in Brussels) in charge of Public Relations, dealing with top government officials and diplomats on a daily basis. She then pursued onto consulting as a marketing, communication and PR specialist, working in a Communication Agency before joining KIJNER & SONS INTERNATIONAL REALTY.

Over the course of her career, Laura has also developed a passion for Asia and is a specialist of EU-Japan Relations and of the Japanese culture. Laura is the perfect team facilitator from coordinating our numerous and multicultural partners to supporting our global clientele with custom solutions and ultimately, being the backbone of our unique boutique shop.

Executive Assistant

Based on our Global Internet Platform (GIP), Ary is KSI Realty's Executive Assistant.

As a junior at Columbia University in New York City in the USA, majoring in Financial Economics, Ary has in depth knowledge of the Asian culture and is assisting our management team in multiple key domains.

Ary speaks several languages among English, Spanish, and Hebrew. Ary truly brings a new expertise to KSI Realty's team thanks to his strong interpersonal skills and wonderful connections in the Yachting World in South East Florida.

Ary has a passion for Thai culture and China and ensures that customer experience is always high. Thanks to his Iraqi and South African roots, Ary is the perfect multicultural assistant. When Ary is not working hard on our GIP, you can hear him sing various repertoires from R&B, Beet-box, Opera and Klanzer Yiddish music.
