KIJNER & SONS INTERNATIONAL REALTY was founded in 1991 by the KIJNER Family in Paris France. It all started with a striving for excellence in residential and commercial real estate covering fields from international asset management to strategic investments. Since then, the company has expanded worldwide thanks to repeat business and referrals to include new brokerage activities, property management, wealth management, new development sales as well as building and development programs. At KIJNER & SONS INTERNATIONAL REALTY we always keep in mind the protection and enhancement of our clients’ assets and we work at mitigating liabilities.

The company is a boutique shop that caters to individuals, families and investors who desire a tailored made solution to their real estate needs globally. Our offices are scattered all around the world to make it easy for our international clientele to find us wherever it might be. We are present in Europe with a French office in Paris under the F.N.A.I.M, the French National Real Estate Federation, which by its number, is the first European organization for real estate professionals. In the USA, we have several offices in Florida. Covering the Gulf of Mexico, you can find us in Sarasota with the Re/Max Platinum Realty Group, one of the world largest and most recognized real estate brokerage franchises. Covering the Atlantic coast, we have 7 offices from Miami Beach to Coral Gables with the Fortune International Realty Group. We are also present in Asia with an office in Bangkok, Thailand and in Central America with offices in Costa Rica.
